Insurance Information

Our office does not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide detailed, itemized receipts that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Please note:

• We do not accept Medicare
  
  

• Medicare patients will be asked to sign an acknowledgment form in-office prior to treatment
  
  

Fees & Payment Options

We offer straightforward, self-pay pricing:

• Initial Visit: $98–$175
  Includes exam, treatment, and X-rays if clinically necessary
  
  

• Maintenance / Wellness Adjustments: $49 per visit
  
  

Any additional therapies or services will be discussed with you in advance so there are no surprises.
